We are looking for practical, outcome-focused sessions from customers, partners, sponsors, Unanet teams, and industry experts. Bring a proven strategy, use case, lesson learned, or solution that can help others turn ideas into action.

What We’re Looking For

 

Strong Proposals

 

  • Define a business challenge or opportunity such as winning more business, strengthening financial visibility and compliance, delivering and optimizing work, or transforming operations.
  • Explain the approach and solution in detail. Interactive formats, storytelling, and data-backed results encouraged.
  • Share results and practical takeaways others can apply.
  • Identify the audience, level, and relevant Unanet product(s) 

  • Build in audience participation through tools such as live polls, Q&A, chat prompts, peer discussion, breakout exercises, scenario-based problem solving, or live demos.

Session Tracks

Project Lifecycle Tracks organize sessions by the part of the project lifecycle they address.


  • Grow and Win Work

    Build relationships, identify the right opportunities, strengthen your pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win profitable work. 
  • Manage Financials + Compliance

    Connect financial management, project accounting, billing, contracts, reporting, risk, and compliance to improve control and profitability. 
  • Deliver + Optimize Work

    Plan and execute work with visibility into people, resources, schedules, scope, budgets, deliverables, and performance to improve outcomes and protect margins.

    A real-world example of how an organization solved a business challenge, implemented a solution, or improved outcomes—what worked, what was learned, and what others can apply.  
  • Proven Practices

    A repeatable approach for improving a business process, workflow, or way of working based on experience and proven results.
  • How-To

    A step-by-step guide, demonstration, or practical technique that helps attendees accomplish a task or get more from Unanet.
  • Industry Insights

    A forward-looking look at trends, challenges, and emerging approaches shaping GovCon and AEC 
  • Product Roadmap / Update

    Includes what’s new across Unanet products, what’s on the horizon, and where the product is headed. 

Delivery Formats 


  • 50 minutes | 1 to 2 Presenters

    Breakout

    Educational, demonstration-driven, or case-study session.
  • 50 minutes | 1 Moderator; 2 to 3 Panelists

    Panel

    Moderated conversation with up to three experts.  
  • 50 minutes | 1 Facilitator; Up to 5 Table Leads

    Roundtable

    Facilitated discussion focused on peer exchange, shared challenges, and practical ideas.
  • 50 minutes | 1 Instructor; Assistants as needed

    Guided Workshop

    A hands-on session led by Unanet or partner experts where attendees apply a concept, workflow, or capability with guidance.
  • 20 minutes | 1 Presenter

    Expo Theater

    A sponsor- or partner-led presentation showcasing relevant expertise or solutions.

  • Create a Champions Account

    Sign up in RainFocus to view detailed guidelines and submission examples. If selected, it becomes your speaker portal.

    If you already have a Champions account, simply log in to access all the resources and begin your submission.

  • Prepare Your Submission

    Choose a topic that demonstrates your expertise, crafting a compelling session title and description (character limits apply), identifying your key takeaways and your target audience, and more. See detailed guidelines in your Champions account.
  • Assemble Your Team

    Determine who will speak on your topic(s) and who will assist with content development and slide preparation. You’ll add them to your submission so they have the proper access if your submission is accepted.
  • Complete Your Submission

    Finalize your submission and keep an eye on its progress through your Champions account.

CALL FOR Presentation FAQS 

Customer speakers will receive a flat-rate main conference registration fee based on session format. 
  • Traditional breakout presenters: $799 per presenter (Max two presenters per session). 
  • Panelists: $1,599 per panelist (Max three panelists per session).
  • Panel moderators: $1,599 per moderator (Max 1 per session).  
Speaker registration rate cannot be combined with other promotions or transferred. Speakers are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses. 

Yes! If you’re a partner and/or considering sponsoring with us, we encourage you to submit a proposal now. These speaking opportunities require a sponsorship fee – pricing is still being finalized. 

Even if your sponsorship is not yet confirmed, speaking slots are limited and subject to approval, so submitting now gives you priority consideration in the main agenda. Your submission is non-binding and can be withdrawn later. Once fees are finalized, we’ll follow up with clear details before any selections are confirmed.

If your submission is accepted, you will be notified via email and be granted access to the Champions Speaker Portal which has all the important deadlines to keep your presentation on track. You will be expected to take the following steps:

  • Submit a draft slide deck for review by Unanet’s content team
  • You will also schedule and perform a dry run of your session virtually.
  • Submit a final slide deck for review and QA by Unanet’s content team

We will provide you support with presentation templates, graphics to help promote your session, logistical information, and more to ensure your presentation is a success.
