Champions Conference is Unanet’s annual user event for all customers and partners—no matter your experience or tenure.

No. Champions Conference is a closed event for Unanet customers and partners only. 

The health and safety of our customers, employees and partners is Unanet's top priority and Unanet will follow local laws relating to health and safety. As of October 2023, there are no mandates relating to vaccinations or COVID-19 testing. Unanet reserves the right to modify or enact new health and safety protocols if required to ensure the safety of our attendees.

Pre-Conference Training Courses are 6 hours. Breakout sessions are 50 minutes.

The catalog will be released by early February. To stay informed, sign up for email updates and whitelist unanet.com, rainfocus.com, and bishopmccann.com. 

Session registration opens closer to the conference, likely in early April. To receive updates, sign up for email communications and whitelist the domains above. 

Favoriting helps us gauge interest but does not guarantee a seat. Registering secures your spot. 

Availability is determined by each speaker. If materials are shared, they’ll be accessible after the session. 

Session materials are typically accessible for 90 days post-conference. 

Yes. CPE credits are available through NASBA and SMPS. Indicate your interest during registration to receive updates on your certificates.

Cancellations submitted by March 20, 2026 qualify for a 50% refund. Refunds after this date are not guaranteed. Cancel via your confirmation page or email unanet@bishopmccann.com. 

No, day passes are not offered. 

Yes, for groups of five or more purchasing main conference passes. Payment is due at purchase. Group members register individually and may add Pre-Conference Training Courses at their own cost. Group registration is not available for sponsor attendees. 

Yes. Registrations may be transferred to another person. Speaker discounts are non-transferable, and registrations cannot be carried over to future years. To transfer, email unanet@bishopmccann.com. 

Speakers register through the Speaker Portal, and discounts apply automatically. 

Sponsor passes are managed through the Sponsor Portal. The sponsor’s primary contact will distribute passes to attendees. 

Travel & Hotel  Questions


No. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel, airfare, and travel needs. 

You will receive a link to book your hotel room upon the completion of your registration for the event. Unanet does not book hotel reservations on your behalf. The group discounted rate is $349 night available through April 3, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET or when the group block fills up, whichever comes first.
