Champions Conference is Unanet’s annual customer event bringing together business leaders, seasoned users, and enthusiastic newcomers alike to share insights, learn best practices, and network with each other.

Create a Champions Account
Start by setting up a Champions account in RainFocus. Here you can view more detailed submission guidelines, session examples, and information to help you prepare and manage your submissions. This login will become your speaker portal if your submission is accepted.
If you already have a Champions account, simply log in to access all the resources and begin your submission.

Prepare Your Submission
This involves choosing a topic that demonstrates your expertise, crafting a compelling session title and description (character limits apply), identifying your key takeaways and your target audience, and more. See detailed guidelines and examples of popular sessions in your Champions account. -
Assemble Your Team
Determine who will speak on your topic(s) and who will assist with content development and slide preparation. You’ll add them to your submission so they have the proper access if your submission is accepted. -
Complete Your Submission
Finalize your submission and keep an eye on its progress through your Champions account.

CALL FOR Presentation FAQS
- Presenters for traditional breakout presentations will receive a 75% discount for main conference registration (max 2 presenters per session)
- Panelists (max 3 per session) and Panel Moderators (max 1 per session) will receive a 50% discount for main conference registration
Yes! If you’re a partner (or a partner/customer) and/or considering sponsoring with us, we encourage you to submit a proposal now. These speaking opportunities require a sponsorship fee – pricing is still being finalized.
Even if your sponsorship is not yet confirmed, speaking slots are limited and subject to approval, so submitting now gives you priority consideration in the main agenda. Your submission is non-binding and can be withdrawn later. Once fees are finalized, we’ll follow up with clear details before any selections are confirmed.
If your submission is accepted, you will be notified via email and be granted access to the Champions Speaker Portal which has all the important deadlines to keep your presentation on track. You will be expected to take the following steps:
- Submit a draft slide deck for review by Unanet’s content team
- You will also schedule and perform a dry run of your session virtually.
- Submit a final slide deck for review and QA by Unanet’s content team
We will provide you support with presentation templates, graphics to help promote your session, logistical information, and more to ensure your presentation is a success.
