General Event Questions 


All Unanet customers! Champions Conference is Unanet's annual user conference, so all Unanet customers of any tenure or experience level are welcome to attend. Registration will be limited, however, so act fast! 

Unfortunately, no - this is a closed event for Unanet customers and partners only. 

The health and safety of our customers, employees and partners is Unanet's top priority and Unanet will follow local laws relating to health and safety. As of October 2023, there are no mandates relating to vaccinations or COVID-19 testing. Unanet reserves the right to modify or enact new health and safety protocols if required to ensure the safety of our attendees.

Content Questions 


Continuing education credits through NASBA and SMPS will be available. 

Pre-Conference Training courses are 6 hours long. Breakout sessions are 50 minutes long.

CALL FOR SPEAKER FAQS 


Breakout sessions are 50 minutes long. 

Customer speakers will receive a discounted rate on conference registration fees based on the format. 
  • Presenters for traditional lecture-style presentations (max 2 presenters per session) will receive a 75% discount for main conference registration 
  • Panelists (max 3 per session) and Panel Moderators (max 1 per session) will receive a 50% discount for main conference registration 
Travel and hotel expenses remain the responsibility of the speaker.

Partners must be sponsoring at the appropriate level to be eligible for a speaking session. If you are interested in sponsoring Champions conference, please reach out to your Partner Success Manager.

You may begin a submission without a speaker; however, you must have a speaker identified to complete your submission by the deadline of November 15th, 2024 for your proposal to be considered. 

November 15, 2024

If your submission is accepted, you will be notified via email and be granted access to Unanet’s Speaker Portal which has all the important deadlines to keep your presentation on track. You will be expected to take the following steps:

  • Submit a draft slide deck for review by Unanet’s content team.
  • You will also schedule and perform a dry run of your session virtually.
  • Submit a final slide deck for review and QA by Unanet’s content team

We will provide you support with presentation templates, graphics to help promote your session, logistical information, and more to ensure your presentation is a success.

Registration Questions 


These details will be announced by early November.

Cancellations must be submitted by March 31, 2025 to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations beyond March 31, 2025 are not guaranteed a refund. To cancel your registration, you may email unanet@bishopmccann.com  or you may log into your registration and cancel from the confirmation page.

Travel & Hotel Questions 


No. You are responsible for booking your own hotel, airfare, and travel needs. 

You will receive a link to book your hotel room upon the completion of your registration for the event. Unanet does not book hotel reservations on your behalf. The group discounted rate is $245 night.
