Notice of Recording

Unanet, Inc. is conducting video and sound recording at the Champions Conference.

By attending the Champions Conference, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded as part of the Champions Conference (the “Event”).

Further, by attending the Champions Conference, you grant your irrevocable consent to Unanet, Inc., its successors, assigns, and licensees to include your name, likeness, photographic image, and voice in reasonable marketing and promotional content for the Champions Conference and Unanet’s business, as well as internal use by Unanet, without compensation and/or credit, in any and all media in perpetuity.

All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings at the Champions Conference, and any works derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of Unanet, Inc. and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights therein.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Unanet recognizes that attendees may wish to request removal of their photograph, image, or likeness from future marketing and promotional materials. Attendees may submit such requests to privacy@unanet.com, and Unanet will review and respond to reasonable requests within thirty (30) business days of receipt. Unanet will honor such requests to the extent commercially practicable; however, removal applies only to future use of materials and Unanet cannot recall or remove content that has already been distributed, published, or is in the possession of third parties. Additionally, removal may not be possible for certain materials, including but not limited to archived content, materials already in production, materials used in testimonials featuring multiple attendees, or content where removal would require substantial re-editing that would compromise the integrity of the work. Any removal request does not affect Unanet’s rights to materials created, published, or distributed prior to Unanet’s receipt of the removal request, and such requests shall not be deemed to revoke or modify the irrevocable consent and rights previously granted to Unanet under this Notice of Recording.
