In this course you will learn how to get up and running using Analytic Dashboards, build dashboards using the Analytic Dashboard Designer, and deploy rich data visualizations to your firm. You will also use Query Builder to dynamically build queries using available datasets, export queries as a .sql file or use them to build an Analytic Model, and employ them in custom Analytic Dashboards and reports. Participants will perform tasks related to ongoing system maintenance through practical, scenario-based activities using resources provided by Unanet. Unanet GovCon: Advanced System Administration
In this course, experienced users will explore system management tasks that re-occur infrequently. Participants will review periodic administrative tasks like managing accrual plans, adjusting end user timesheets, and modifying financial organizations. Using Unanet’s recommended practices, you will learn to modify critical settings at the system level to support your project, resource, and financial management needs. Unanet GovCon: Closing the Fiscal Period
In this course you will learn to improve the accuracy and speed of closing activities, by reviewing the critical path to performing the period-end close, including posting labor, expenses, invoices, and revenue, as well as calculating cost pools and generating financial reports to catch variances and errors. Participants will synthesize their experience within Unanet’s different financial functional areas to analyze financial statements and project reports to assess the financial health of their organization. Unanet GovCon: Planning Project Resources
In this course, you will apply Unanet’s recommended practices to identifying the resources your projects need and creating plans and budgets based on corporate thresholds and contract stipulations. Additionally, you will generate reports to assess project plans and assignments, and determine which, if any, corrective action is necessary. This is a hands-on course; please bring your own laptop. -

Unanet GovCon: Setting Up Contracts and Projects - Deep Dive
In this course, you will set up and manage contracts in association with projects, add wage determinations and clauses, and allow contract mods to drive updates to project dates and values. You will also create and manage projects with supported billing types, including project specific labor categories, expense types, and indirect rates. This allows for the support of common practices of managing projects to time, scope, and cost. This is a hands-on course; please bring your own laptop. -
Advanced Level
Unanet GovCon: Using Analytics Studio for Project Management Reporting
In this course, you will review project management using analytics. You will use the periodic JSR data object to create tabular, graphical, and pivoted data outputs, use conditional formatting and basic functions in Analytics Studio, and review the parameters involved. Upon completion of this course you will have created an analytics version of the periodic line and bar chart that can be exported and uploaded into your own Unanet instance. This is a hands-on course; please bring your own laptop. -
Beginner Level
Unanet GovCon: Using Reporting & Analytics with Expressview
In this course, you will run, update, and create both ad hoc reports and ExpressView Analytics reports. You will learn the screen layouts and navigation, becoming familiar with the kinds of data available, and will use existing sample reports, and design custom reports. This is a hands-on course; please bring your own laptop.
