About John
John W. McMonagle III leads the CFO organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, legal, treasury, tax, and audit functions. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting for small, mid-size, and large public and private equity-owned companies.
Before joining Unanet in January 2023, John served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Savvas Learning Company with a focus on the financial transformation and foundations of the CFO organization. Prior to Savvas Learning Company, John served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Ellucian and previously held a variety of other finance leadership roles at Unisys Corporation, Willis Towers Watson, and Cigna Corporation. John began his career at Ernst & Young.
John holds a Bachelor's of Science in Finance from Villanova University and a Master's of Science in Accountancy from the University of Virginia.
