About Stacy

Stacy has over twenty-five years of progressive human resource experience as a leader and business partner to senior executives in guiding the growth and development of organizations. She has demonstrated effectiveness in providing strategic vision and counsel as well as driving best practices in the areas of talent management and acquisition and organizational development for companies in a wide range of industries, including technology, health care, advertising, academia and non-profit. Her approach includes consideration of the executive management’s philosophies on talent and positioning those strategies with the business priorities and goals.

Prior to joining Unanet, Stacy was the SVP of Human Resources for Inovalon and Avalere (an Inovalon company) for eight years. While at Inovalon and Avalere, she developed talent strategies focused on immersing graduate level students into the business through a rotational program inclusive of career development and built a talent framework to support the ongoing management of talent throughout the organization. Prior to joining Avalere, Stacy was a senior HR leader for AOL.

In addition to her HR endeavors, Stacy also has a passion for diversity, inclusion and engagement initiatives. She has held leadership positions for women’s networks, D&I committees and engagement groups. Stacy holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Johns Hopkins University and is a certified PHR and SHRM-CP.
