Chief Customer Officer
Jeff Davison is an experienced executive skilled in providing data-driven, transformational leadership and driving high-impact process optimization to scale and achieve outcomes at a rapid pace.
Jeff joins the team as Chief Customer Officer leading all aspects of the customer experience post sale, including our Services, Support and Customer Success organizations. His vast experience leading high-growth, customer-focused organizations delivering customer solutions to improve the end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle will add tremendous thought leadership to our executive team.
Prior to joining Unanet, Jeff held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CentralSquare Technologies, unifying the Operations team after a large merger with a transformative vision. As COO, Jeff led the building and implementation of Velocity, CentralSquare’s purpose-built services delivery methodology focused on improving consistency and efficiency, enabling scale, and delivering accelerated time to value to customers. He also innovated customer support and improved customer success by implementing industry-leading best-practices and innovative services delivery.
Prior to that, he held various positions at Ellucian, culminating in the role of VP Global Services. During his 17-year tenure at Ellucian, Jeff and the leadership team grew the company’s revenue by more than sevenfold.
Jeff has proven experience as a customer-centric leader eager to foster customer relationships and continue aligning the team around a single vision for the total relationship with Unanet’s customers.
