Eligibility and How to Enter

To be eligible, the survey respondent must have received an email with the survey link, sent by Unanet (the “sponsor”). Upon completion of the survey, the survey respondent must have provided their work email address, matching the email address in Unanet’s customer records. Individuals that may have participated in the survey by receiving the survey link from anyone other than Unanet are not eligible and will be removed from the raffle. Duplicate entries will be removed to ensure only one entry per valid participant.

The raffle is only open to natural persons who meet the following criteria at the time and date of entry through the award of the prizes: (a) legal residents of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States, and (b) are at least 18 years of age.

Unanet employees are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

The raffle period commenced on 1/17/2024 and will continue until the applicable number of entries has been received.

Participation

Participation is voluntary. Survey respondents have the option to provide their email address for raffle participation. Only those providing their email address and meeting the eligibility criteria above are deemed eligible participants.

Prizes available

There are 11 prizes available, which will be available to 11 different winners. Duplicate winners are not possible per the selection process outlined below.

Winner Selection process

All eligible participants will be assigned a number beginning with 1 up to the total number of eligible participants. A web-based random list sorter will be used to sort the numbers. The list will be sorted five times. The fifth click to sort the list will be the final list for selecting winners. The first 10 numbers listed in the random sort will be the winners of the 10 Amazon $200 gift cards. The eleventh number on the sorted list will be the winner of the complimentary Champion’s Conference registration.

Although all entries will be analyzed for eligible participation prior to the selection process, if any of the winners are later determined to be ineligible, additional winner(s) will be selected by selecting the twelfth number from the sorted list, and continuing to additional subsequent numbers as needed.

Winners will be notified via email at the email address provided to Unanet by the entrant.

Sponsor will have no liability for a potential winner's failure to receive notices due to the potential winner’s spam, junk email, or other security settings or for a potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the indicated time period, the prize will be forfeited. Should the prize be forfeited, Unanet may, in its discretion, select another winner.

Unanet has complete discretion over the administration of the raffle, these official rules, and the selection of the prize winners. Decisions of Unanet as to the selection of the prize winners will be final. If declared a prize winner, an entrant will be awarded a maximum of one prize.

Privacy Statement

Entrants' personal information will be used in accordance with Unanet’s Privacy Policy.

No Warranties

All prizes are provided “as is” and Unanet makes no warranties, express or implied, relative to the use or enjoyment of any prize, including without limitation its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Release, Hold Harmless, Indemnification

By entering, all entrants in the raffle, and their legal successors and assigns, release and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unanet and its directors, officers, employee, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and causes of action for damages (including without limitation all consequential, punitive, and incidental damages), costs, fees (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees), and including without limitation damage to any person, personal property or real property, due in whole or in part, by reason of the acceptance of the prize or participation in the raffle and related activities.
