You Have a Dedicated Customer Success Manager
During implementation, the primary contacts will be a lead implementation consultant and project manager. Once the implementation and “Go Live” is complete, you will transition to a dedicated Unanet Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will serve as the primary contact. CSMs keep their customers informed of new product release features and availability, user group meetings, educational and training webinars, etc. to help customers extract maximum value out of the investment they make in Unanet. The CSM will assist with system questions, the procurement of additional training or additional software licenses, and will help facilitate any questions requiring support from other parts of the organization
We Facilitate Customer Input to the Product Roadmap
Unanet customer requests for enhancements are a highly valued and integral part of our product roadmap. In addition to suggestions.unanet.com, Unanet customers can work with their Customer Success Manager to raise questions and submit product suggestions in our suggestions portal. We do our best to bring the voice of the customer into each release, and to ensure we are deploying enhancements that actually matter to our customers.
Your Success is Our Business
Unanet customers have the opportunity to review progress in detail with their Customer Success Manager. We facilitate business reviews with key Unanet team members when requested. We offer a deep dive into how we are progressing on our shared success targets, recommend optimization of key features and functionality, and ensure we are meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
