Unanet Subprocessors

To support delivery of our Services, Unanet may engage and use data sub-processors (each, a "Sub-Processor") to assist in providing the applicable Unanet Services. Accordingly, such Sub-Processors may Process Personal Data or sets of Personal Data while providing its services to Unanet. Capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the Unanet Data Processing Addendum.
Unanet uses Sub-Processors to provide certain infrastructure services, and for other optional processing activities as identified below. Prior to engaging a Sub-Processor, Unanet performs a review to evaluate the Sub-Processor’s privacy, security and confidentiality practices.

Optional Services Sub-Processors
Depending on the Services provided, or features and functionality selected by a customer, Unanet may use the following Sub-Processors to perform the services identified below. A Customer accepts and authorizes the transfer of Personal Data to one or more of these “other” Sub-Processors by using the applicable Unanet services identified as “optional” below.
