Unanet Subprocessors

To support delivery of our Services, Unanet may engage and use data sub-processors (each, a "Sub-Processor") to assist in providing the applicable Unanet Services. Accordingly, such Sub-Processors may Process Personal Data or sets of Personal Data while providing its services to Unanet. Capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the Unanet Data Processing Addendum.
Unanet uses Sub-Processors to provide certain infrastructure services, and for other optional processing activities as identified below. Prior to engaging a Sub-Processor, Unanet performs a due diligence review to evaluate the Sub-Processor’s privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and requires each Sub-Processor to enter into a data processing agreement that imposes data protection obligations materially consistent with those applicable to Unanet under the DPA. Unanet remains liable for the acts and omissions of its Sub-Processors to the extent required by applicable data protection law.
Unanet shall notify Customers of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of Sub-Processors by updating this list. Customers who have requested to subscribe and receive notifications will be informed of such updates in advance. If a Customer has a reasonable objection to a new or replacement Sub-Processor on data protection grounds, the Customer may notify Unanet in writing, as specified in its respective DPA, and the parties shall discuss the objection in good faith with a view to achieving a commercially reasonable resolution in accordance with the DPA.

Optional or Product-Specific Services Sub-Processors
Depending on the Services provided, or features and functionality selected by a Customer, Unanet may use the following Sub-Processors to perform the services identified below. The use of each such Sub-Processor is authorized under the DPA to the extent the Customer utilizes the applicable Unanet service or feature. Where a Sub-Processor Processes Personal Data outside of the European Economic Area, Unanet ensures that appropriate transfer mechanisms are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
