Dr. John Smoak is the Founder and CEO of MyOnlineAdmin, specializing in CRM‑enabled digital engagement and sales transformation across government contracting and AEC firms. Leveraging P&L leadership at United Technologies, Johnson Controls, and his own contracting business, he has built high‑performance sales cultures, improved forecasting accuracy, and delivered KPI‑driven growth. John engages executive teams first, aligning business goals with initiatives and defining success metrics. He then develops a program to align technology with processes that reflect industry best practices and deploys a unique program to ensure 100% user adoption through training and ongoing coaching. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and a Doctor of Ministry degree with a business focus, as well as numerous CRM certifications, including Unanet CRM Administrator and Unanet CRM Implementer.
