He specializes in working with manufacturing companies and architectural and engineering firms. Vic’s areas of expertise include FAR overhead audits, business valuations, ownership transition, mergers and acquisitions and forensic accounting. In addition, he focuses on consulting engagements designed to enhance the profitability of his clients, including implementation of performance management techniques, activity based costing projects, customer profitability analysis, improved budgeting and strategic planning initiatives. Vic is also the partner-in-charge of the firm’s manufacturing practice group.
